Mid-Level QA Engineer (3-4 Years Experience)
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to plan and execute comprehensive testing
- Log, track, and verify defects, and perform retesting after fixes
- Support production issue investigations and assist with root cause analysis
- Perform post-release validation to ensure system stability and quality
- Support automation testing tasks as needed while continuing to learn and develop automation skills
- Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and overall test efficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 -4 years of experience in full stack testing
- Solid understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Basic programming knowledge (for test automation or backend validation)
- Knowledge of the trading or financial domain is highly preferred
- Experience collaborating with both frontend and backend teams to ensure complete test coverage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
