Intern Administrative & Receptionist Support

  • Perform daily front desk duties, including greeting guests and answering phone calls.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and replenishing when necessary.
  • Update and maintain daily staff attendance records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings by tracking availability and handling staff requests.
  • Coordinate monthly fruit distribution for staff.
  • Manage courier services, including preparing consignment notes and arranging pickups.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, display cabinets, awards, seating areas, meeting rooms, and display tables at all times.
  • Welcome guests, arrange seating, and serve refreshments as requested.
