On 23 April 2021, Hundsun Holdings Limited as purchaser entered into an agreement for sale and purchase of shares and warrants with Japannext Co., Ltd. to purchase 76,483,521 ordinary shares and 16,319,080 warrants in N2N Connect Berhad. By virtue of Section 8(6)(a) of the Companies Act 2016, Hundsun Holdings Limited is deemed interested in the said shares. By virtue of Section 8(6)(c) of the Companies Act 2016, Hundsun Holdings Limited is deemed interested in the said warrants.
