Description	ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL REPORT 2019 AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT 2019

The Board of Directors of N2N Connect Berhad (“N2N” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 are now available on Bursa Malaysia's website and the Company's website.

The Government has implemented the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) and Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) with effect from 18 March 2020 to 9 June 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In support of the Government initiatives to ease the economic pressures faced by the corporate community arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) had invoked its authority to grant, amongst others:

• an extension of time for companies affected by the MCO to hold an Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for a period of 90 days in accordance with the powers under section 340(4) of Companies Act, 2016 (“CA 2016”); and
• an extension of time to companies having financial year ending after 31 August 2019 to 31 December 2019 to lodge financial statements and reports for a period of 90 days in accordance with the powers under section 259(2) of CA 2016.

In consideration of the safety and well-being of the employees and shareholders of the Company, the Board is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and will determine the appropriate time to convene the Company’s 19th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). The Company may be applying to ROC for an extension of time for a period of 90 days from the due date to hold its 19th AGM pursuant to Section 340(4) of CA 2016. The date of the 19th AGM will be announced in due course and therefore, the Notice of the 19th AGM will be issued separately from the Annual Report 2019.
