Senior Operation Engineer
Analysing and providing technical backup and support
Managing customer expectation and escalating issues to a higher level or inter departments
in order to resolve the raised issues.
Resolving help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Resolving all hardware and software issues and assisting to configure all new systems and
perform tests on all deployment projects.
Performing ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.
Any other tasks as and when requested by Management.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent.
Knowledge in Java, Linux CentOS, MS SQL, Nginx / TomCat / Apache will be added
3 - 5 years of working experience in IT Operation & Support OR stock broking industry.
